Online Payments:

Clients can now pay their invoice or retainer online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  The Quintana Law Firm, LLC accepts credit card payments as a courtesy to our current clients.  We provide an online payment option so that our current clients can manage their attorney fees and costs and pay their invoices or retainers safely and conveniently.

Current clients may remit payments by visiting:
For Invoice Payments & Retainers -

A payment for current current invoice is for legal fees and costs earned and now due.

A retainer is an advance payment and deposit of legal fees, services, and costs.  It is not a guarantee or estimate as to the amount of our legal services or what litigation will cost.

This credit card payment service is for current clients ONLY.  If a payment cannot be matched to an existing client, we will reject the credit card payment and you be assessed processing fees. By using this web site to pay using a credit card, the client agrees to  a credit card pre-authorization agreeing to pay with a credit card for legal services and costs.

A formal attorney-client relationship exists only after a Representation Agreement has been signed by both the attorney and the client addressing the scope of the representation and the appropriate retainer and/or fees have been paid to the Quintana Law Firm, LLC.

Please note that, due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 business days before your account reflects your credit card payment.
